Scouting and Acquisition:
This is where we identify and secure prime land or property for development. Our team carefully evaluates potential sites, considering factors such as location, market potential, environmental impact, accessibility, and growth prospects. Once a suitable site is found, we negotiate the purchase or lease, ensuring favorable terms for our clients or investors.
Masterplanning:
In this stage, we create a comprehensive master plan that defines the long-term vision for the project. This plan outlines the layout of land use, including residential, commercial, and green spaces. Horizontal Construction:
Horizontal construction refers to the infrastructure and foundational work needed before building structures, including land grading, roads, utilities, drainage systems, and other site infrastructure. Vertical Construction:
This is the phase where the actual buildings are constructed. It involves everything from the laying of the foundation to the completion of the structure, including framing, roofing, electrical and plumbing systems, and finishing work. Furnishing and Finishing:
Once construction is complete, we manage the interior finishing and furnishing. After construction is finished, we assist with the transition to operational management. This includes setting up property management, staffing, and ensuring the facilities run smoothly.
